Collard Cajun Lemonade

A favorite Southern cocktail infused with a favorite Southern green

Serves 1


  • 2 fl oz Collard juice (about 8 ounces Cut ‘N Clean Collard Greens)
  • 1 sprig Mint
  • 2 fl oz Pimm’s No.1
  • 6 fl oz Lemonade
  • 2 fl oz Ice


Wash, dry and remove leaves from mint. Reserve the cluster of small leaves of mint at the end of the sprig for garnish. In a juicer, juice Collard Greens and remaining mint leaves. Add Pimm’s No.1, lemonade and ice and stir.

GarNish with mint and a slice of lemon.
