Kale Blueberry Almond Milk Popsicles

A refreshing kale treat featuring blueberries, almond milk and banana!

Makes 20- 3 fluid ounce popsicles


Bottom Layer

  • 2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries

Top Layer

  • 4 cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Kale
  • 2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana


In a blender, add vanilla almond milk and blueberries. Blend until smooth, fill popsicle molds 2/3 full and freeze.

For the top layer, add kale, vanilla almond milk and banana into a blender and blend until smooth. Fill the popsicle mold and freeze.

Note: depending on your popsicle mold, you may need to insert the popsicle stick during the first layer or wait until adding the second layer where you may need to use a small knife to carve out an area to insert the popsicle stick.

Option: if you prefer, you can combine both layers together. The popsicles will be blue from the blueberries as seen on the right in the photo.
