A squeeze of lemon juice dresses simply sautéed Country Greens.
Boil water in a large pot. Add Country Greens and blanch for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set greens aside.
In same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Stir in the drained greens, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
