Spinach and Beet Greens with Pears and Blue Cheese

Sweet pears, sharp blue cheese and a white balsamic vinaigrette accent this Spinach and Beet Greens salad

Serves 2-4


  • 1 (5 oz bag) Cut ‘N Clean Spinach and Beet Greens
  • 1/8 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pears, sliced
  • 1 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds, sliced


In a small bowl, whisk together white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

In a large salad bowl, add Spinach and Beet Greens, toss with dressing and Garnish with sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese and sliced almonds.
