Spinach and Beet Greens with Strawberries and Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

A colorful salad pairing earthy spinach and beet greens with a light poppy seed vinaigrette, strawberries and fresh mint.

Serves 2-4


  • 1 (5 oz bag) Cut ‘N Clean Spinach and Beet Greens
  • ¼ cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup Canola Oil
  • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Mint, chiffonade
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced


In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, paprika sesame seeds, poppy seeds, mint and salt.


In a large salad bowl, add Spinach and Beet Greens, toss with dressing and sliced strawberries.
