Bok Choy, Mushroom, Chicken Soup

Serves 8


  • 1 (5 ct) bag of Jade Baby Bok Choy
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 ½ Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 ounces shredded chicken
  • 4 ounces Shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • White pepper to taste
  • Cilantro to garnish


In a large pot, combine the stock, garlic, ginger and white portion of green onion and bring to a simmer.

Add chicken and mushrooms and continue to simmer.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce, Baby Bok Choy and white pepper.

Garnish with green part of green onion and cilantro.
