A GREENs, egg and ham recipe!
In a small bowl combine all dry seasoning ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, canola oil and salt and pepper to make vinaigrette.
Lightly coat ham with oil and lightly season with dry seasoning. In a separate bowl, dress Bok Choy and red onion with vinaigrette and dry seasoning.
On hottest part of grill, grill ham and onion, turning once. On a cooler part of the grill, grill the Bok Choy until tender-crisp, turning once, about 2 minutes per side. Fry eggs and serve.
