These grilled Baby Bok Choy remind us that so often the healthiest way to eat is also the simplest. By quick grilling it this way you retain all that good stuff, as well as the crunch and pretty green color. And the bonus is that the charring adds gorgeous flavor.
Honey Sesame Glaze:
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat for a few minutes until very hot.
Cut the Baby Bok Choy in half lengthwise. Brush the entire cut surface lightly with the olive oil.
Place the Bok Choy face down on the grill and grill for one minute per side until lightly charred.
Whisk the sesame oil and honey together to make the glaze.
Serve the Bok Choy immediately, drizzled with the glaze and garnished with sesame seeds.
